AuDHD

Background

I have been exploring my mind recently and some friends have suggested I might be neurodiverse. So, because telling me something like that is the equivalent of asking Leyton Hewitt if he wanted to go hit a tennis ball, I went to Perplexity to find out more about the topic. Kinda like we would have gone to Wikipedia before Perplexity came along.

Once I had an overview, I decided I wanted to know more about it, and neurodiversity in general. So I researched and co-wrote a book about neurodiversity titled—and this is the cunning bit—’Embracing Neurodiversity‘. As you do.

A dear friend of mine—an expert in neurodiversity—took things one step on and suggested I look at AuDHD as she strongly suspected I was AuDHD-ery.

So, as is my want, I researched the scientific literature and asked ChatGPT-4o to write an outline for a book which, because the target audience is lay men and women into self-development and perpetual growth, will be written in Claude 3.5 Sonnet.

Here is GPT’s outline, and the prompt that generated it.
